Lisa Feret is a Democratic candidate for the state house seat in House District 24 in Arvada.
Lisa is a former military policewoman turned social worker. She worked as a veterans counselor while attending Colorado State University and served as a case manager for elderly and disabled people in Colorado. She also spent over a decade working with a veterans organization responding and deploying to natural disasters and humanitarian crisis domestically and internationally. She was elected to Arvada City Council in 2021 and is running for the Colorado House of Representatives in 2024. She has a husband, Eli, who is a fellow veteran and a one-year-old daughter named Elizabeth.
Lisa discovered the Forward Party because they advocate for the use of ranked-choice voting and she has been helping in Colorado through a nonprofit called Veterans For All Voters.
