Ranked Choice Voting could have saved Colorado millions

A runoff mayoral election is now set to happen for both the Colorado Springs and Denver races since no candidate reached a majority if the votes. The Colorado Springs City Clerk's Office said the city will spend $500,000 on the runoff election in May while Denver will spend around $1.1 million in June.
