PRINCIPLE #2: COLLABORATION
We’re dedicated to building a warm political home, which welcomes literally anyone, of any party or perspective, who is willing to work together in good faith to find better, more practical ways to improve the lot and quality of life of every citizen. We openly welcome new ideas, diverse viewpoints, and fearless conversations around the issues that face struggling communities across the state of Colorado.
Rationale: No one person or political party has a monopoly on the viable public policy proposals. Communication and good-faith negotiations are essential to the legislative process. Only by consciously choosing to work with—rather than against—one another, will we craft collaborative, common-sense, community-oriented solutions that both strengthen our democracy and change people’s lives for the better.
